Today, GALE announces it has named Stephen Larkin as Managing Director, Growth and Development; Bina Rajput as Managing Director, Business Strategy; and Marc Parillo as Managing Director, Integration and Growth. These hires come on the heels of a 20% new business win rate increase compared to 2024, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to driving tangible, transformative business growth for its clients.

With its Business Agency positioning, GALE fills a unique, necessary whitespace in today’s marketplace. Larkin will drive growth by bolstering an already robust new business pipeline, while Rajput focuses on building business strategies resilient to disruption. Parillo’s remit encompasses architecting marketing strategies that impact the agency’s full roster of clients, which includes Diageo, Chili’s Grill & Bar, and MilkPEP.

Joining from Erich & Kallman and previously R/GA, Larkin has three decades of experience overseeing growth and corporate strategy, marketing, and business development for a range of renowned agencies. He has spearheaded high-profile assignments for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Hollywood Foreign Press Association, Golden Globes, and more. Parillo returns to GALE, where he previously worked for eight years after starting his career at Deloitte, from media planning software company deben. Rajput similarly comes from the world of management consultancies. She has spent nearly 20 years at top firms including not only Accenture, but also Deloitte Consulting, BMO Financial Group, and P&G. 

Larkin, Parillo, and Rajput begin in their new roles immediately.
